First Tea (1STT) Qualification Policy

Purpose

Ensure all players in First Tea (1STT) have the necessary qualifications as we unlock our full potential towards Siege.

Rationale

• Siege favours quality over quantity.
• Positive long-term impacts to Chimera and Hydra as developing players reposition.
• Players not yet qualified or without Advance Immunity may be better suited to a lower container such as Second Tea (2NDT).

Goals

• Optimise our competitive containers by sorting players into appropriate containers (i.e. match player profiles with container requirements).
• Optimise and improve Siege capabilities in First Tea.
• Players who need more progress on their clash teams are moved to a container with less pressure for performance.

Schedule

This policy will take effect starting with the next PR cycle.

Process

1. At the end of each PR, the player with the lowest ATI will have their profile audited.
2. If the Qualification value is below 1, the player will be demoted.
3. If the player does not have Advance Immunity, they may be demoted.
4. This process will continue until all players in First Tea have a Qualification ≥ 1.
